Most days I just draw small gestures from my head, but at least once a week I use: http://www.pixelovely.com/gesture/figuredrawing.php to make sure my anatomy isn’t getting too far off base. Well, that’s the theory, I’m not sure how well it is working. A cool warm up idea for sketching.
